Chris de Almeida

Chris de Almeida began producing in 1999, and was soon immersed in Chicago's underground electronic dance music scene, performing live PA and DJ sets, bringing his eclectic style to the dance floor. His production work includes house, techno, downtempo, breaks, and drum&bass. Infectious minimalism, deep, expansive sound, and searing leads. http://chrisdealmeida.com

Death of an Alias

A corrosive signal, a deeply embedded street ascetic switching spectrums in an instance to soft subtle melodies drifting over low-end frequencies and scattered noise. A dosage of insomnia-affected creations, patchwork songs and ambivalent reflections fleshed out on a canvas of ones and zeroes. A mixed experience on the stage behind an instrument, or working the boards in the studio.

KBee

Starting out during the early days of computer-based production, and several years later becoming a fixture in Chicago's underground scene, spinning his dark blend of drum&bass. In the studio, he specializes in drum&bass and breaks but often explores other styles as well, notably techno and house.
